Description
Meditation is a technique in which distracting thoughts and feelings are not ignored but are acknowledged and observed nonjudgmentally as they arise, in order to create detachment from them and gain insight and awareness. We teach sitting meditation, walking meditation, body awareness exercise, body scan and five senses meditation.
